Abstract

本スタンダードは，global Information & Control Committeeで技術的に承認されている。現版は2010年8月27日，global Audits and Reviews Subcommitteeにて発行が承認された。2010年10月にwww.semi.orgで入手可能となる。初版は1998年6月に発行，前版は2004年7月に発行された。

 

注意：　本文書は，SEMI E54一連のスタンダードとして出版されず，単独で発行および販売される。

 

本仕様はセンサ／アクチュエータネットワークのためのSEMIスタンダードの実装を規定する一連のスタンダードの一部である。本仕様独自の目的は，半導体装置のセンサ／アクチュエータ通信ネットワークにあるマスフローデバイスすべてに共通したデバイスオブジェクトで構成されている，ネットワークから独立したアプリケーションモデルを記述することである。
