Abstract

本安全基準之技術業經全球環境、衛生及安全委員會核准。目前版本已於2012年12月20日獲得the global Audits and Reviews Subcommittee核准，2013年1月在www.semiviews.org 和www.semi.org發行出版線上版本。初版於1998年2月發行。次版於2005年3月發行。

本安全基準文件提供製造設備使用者，必要的環境、衛生與安全資訊考量事項（例如操作、保養、安裝及安全手冊），以協助降低製造設備的操作、保養及安裝風險。

凡執行操作、保養、維修、安裝、除污或設備除役之人員，應閱讀所有提供給設備使用者且描述相關作業內容的文件。

本安全基準的適用範圍包括為生產、測量、組裝與測試產品，而提供的使用者文件。
