Abstract

本スタンダードは，

global Flat Panel Display – Factory Automation Committee で技術的に承認されている。現版は2008年5月13日，global Audits and Reviews Subcommitteeにて発行が承認された。2008年6月にwww.semi.orgで，そして2008年7月にCD-ROMで入手可能となる。

　本文書は2008年9月に，誤字を訂正するため，編集上の修正がなされた。変更箇所は，¶6.1.3および
¶6.1.4である。

　

本スタンダードでは，

D32で規定されたベア・ガラスIDの位置の規定は一箇所であり，大型化に伴い運用効率上複数の基板IDが必要である。そのため，D32を基本として効率的な運用を行える基板ID位置を規定するものである。

　

本スタンダードでは，基板

ID位置を2次元コード基準で位置を規定する。

　

個別に区別が必要なときにはベア・ガラス

IDもしくはレジンIDと呼称するが，区別の不必要な場合には総称として基板IDと呼ぶ。
