Abstract

本スタンダードは，global Information & Control Committeeで技術的に承認されている。現版は2010年4月30日，Global Audits and Reviews Subcommitteeにて発行が承認された。2010年6月にwww.semi.orgで入手可能となる。初版は2003年11月発行，前版は2004年11月発行。

 

本書は300mm標準化のためのグローバルジョイントガイダンスに則した工場に展開されるプロービング装置用のプローバ専用装置モデル（PSEM300）を策定するものである。PSEM300は装置の特性と，この種の装置に当てはまり，かつ実装が必要とされる挙動で構成される。本書の趣旨は自動化された半導体工場へのプロービング装置の統合を促進することである。本書はこれをホスト視点のプロービング装置動作モデルの定義をすることにより実現するものである。本書は標準のホストインタフェースと装置動作の挙動を規定する。
