Abstract
本スタンダードは，global Gases Committeeで技術的に承認されている。現版は2009年12月16日，global Audits and Reviews Subcommitteeにて発行が承認された。2010年2月にwww.semi.orgで入手可能となる。初版は1995年2月発行，前版は2004年3月発行。
注意： 本文書は，編集上の修正を伴って，再承認された。
本仕様の目的は，半導体製造設備の化学薬品（気体および液体）供給システムに使用されるステンレス鋼部品の接ガス・接液面の品質に関するスタンダードを提供することである。
本仕様では，SEMI F20に従いステンレス鋼で製作された配管や部品の接ガス・接液面の特性評価に関する要求条件および仕上げの合格判定基準について定義し，また半導体製造で使用される気体と液体の管理や収納を目的としている。
実施すべき表面特性試験は，ここに規定される。また，これらの試験を行なうための既存のスタンダードは参照すること。
