本文書は，原料容器の最大外径，最大高さおよび内容積を規定するものである。薬液を入れるために設計されたステンレススチール製液体原料容器（以下，原料容器）は，プロセス装置のバブラー，または半導体／フラットパネルディスプレイ製造の薬液分配システムの容器として使用される。
本文書は，円筒形状で安定に保持するために底部がフラットもしくは底部にスカートを保有する容器を対象とする。
内容積が40リットルを超える原料容器は，本範囲の対象外とする。
