Abstract

本スタンダードは，global Silicon Wafer Committeeで技術的に承認されている。現版は2010年8月27日， global Audits & Reviews Subcommitteeにて発行が承認された。2010年10月にwww.semi.orgで入手可能となる。初版は1990年発行，前版は2004年7月発行。

 

最大許容スリップとその他不均等に分布する欠陥は鏡面あるいはエピタキシャルシリコンウェーハの調達にあたり頻繁に定められる。SEMI M62ではスリップを含むエピタキシャルウェーハ表面のわずかな領域についてその最大許容を定めている。

 

本ガイドは観測された欠陥で覆われたウェーハ表面のわずかな部分の決定を容易にするウェーハグリッドを使用するためのデザインおよびガイダンスを提供する。
