  • High Thermal Expansion (HTE),

  • Medium Thermal Expansion (MTE),

  • Low Thermal Expansion (LTE),

  • Synthetic Fused Silica (SFS),

  • Durable Synthetic Fused Silica (DSFS) glass for 193 nm wavelength.
