光伏硅原料中的总碳含量可能影响太阳能光伏产品或其生产过程的特性和性能,本测试方法的目的是规范光伏硅原料中总碳含量的测定方案,以利于世界各地实验室之间的测试结果有可比性,可用于光伏硅原料的质量监控。

 

本测试方法适用于分析硅粉中的总碳含量,硅粉用作生产太阳能级多晶硅的原料。本测试方法也可用于测定单晶硅片和硅锭、多晶硅片和硅锭中的总碳含量,前提是在避免污染的情况下将硅片和硅锭破碎成小片或粉末。

 

本测试方法使用基于感应炉内燃烧原理并采用红外检测器测量技术的商品化碳分析仪。

 

本方法测定范围为0.001%1.0%(质量分数)。

 

来源于较低质量等级助熔剂的杂质元素或碳会影响分析数据的准确性,建议使用高纯度助熔剂。
