Abstract

本ガイドは，global Environmental, Health, & Safety Committeeで技術的に承認されている。現版は2010年12月21日，global Audits and Reviews Subcommitteeにて発行が承認された。2011年2月にwww.semiviews.orgおよび www.semi.orgで入手可能となる。初版は1995年発行，前版は2007年3月に発行された。

本文書の目的は，SEMI S9のすべての技術的内容がSEMI S22に組み入れられたことを示し，SEMI S9が撤回されたことを恒久的に知らせることである。

 

第二の目的は，電気設計検証テストがSEMIスタンダードで文書化され，業界で使用されていたという簡潔な履歴を提供することである。
