Supervisor Advanced Pathway

Bundle Description 

Learners on this pathway prepare to move into supervisory roles by focusing on effective communication and listening skills, leadership skills in running meetings, creativity, teambuilding skills, problem-solving skills, and leadership that recognize the need for diverse, equitable, and safe workplaces. The learner can list reasons why conflict occurs and the effects of negative conflict.  The learner can also describe workplace violence identify where it is more likely to occur and list common triggers.
